Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

Absolutely - as long as your order hasn't already been shipped, we can make most changes to an order prior to it shipping out.

If for any reason you need to cancel your order before it ships, please reach out to us by phone at, or send us a quick email at help@goatboxco.com with the subject line "CANCEL-" along with your order number.

For example - if my order number was 1000, the subject line should read "CANCEL-1000"
