Help - my tracking number doesn't work

Don't worry - we've seen this one before! Even though customers will receive their shipping confirmation with their tracking number once an order has been shipped, it can take up to 24hrs for a tracking number to populate in a carrier's system. Give it a little time and check back. Once it does - you'll be able to see exactly where your order is along with your estimated delivery date. Please keep in mind that this date is just an estimation and that your order may arrive sooner or later than the estimated date.
